Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available under the following limited conditions:
Duplicate Transactions: Refunds for duplicate transactions are available if reported within 7 days of the purchase.
Incorrect Course Purchase: If an incorrect course is purchased and unaccessed, a refund may be requested within 7 days of the transaction date.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Course Access: Refunds are not available once any part of the course content has been accessed or studied past the “Student Intake Form”.
Completed Courses: No refunds will be issued for courses that have been completed or partially completed. No refunds are possible if a certificate of completion has been issued or CE hours have been reported to TDLR.
Failure to receive or pursue licensing or license renewal after course completion, this includes license denial by the state issuing agency.
Technical Issues: Refunds will not be granted for issues not directly attributable to Graduate Beauty’s platform functionality.
Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, please send a written request to support@graduatebeauty.net within 7 days of your purchase, including your transaction details and the reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement.
